Scott is the estimator/project manager and the vice-president of Con-Ex Civil Contractors. He has been involved in the civil construction industry for 25 years, after graduating from B.C.I.T in with a Certificate in Civil/Structure Technology. Scott spent 15 years as an Estimator/Project Manager for a mid size Civil Contracting and Paving Firm. In 1994, he was recognized by the Canadian Construction Association as a Gold Seal Certified Estimator and in 2006, he was recognized as a Gold Seal Project Manager. Scott was the chairman for Southern Interior Construction Association for 1997 and 2006. He is also on the Board of Directors of Master Municipal Construction Documents Association and Chair of the Marketing and Education Committee.
Randy Harnett is the G.S.C. Superintendent for Con-Ex Civil Contractors and a certified Journeyman Plumber. Prior to his employment with Con-Ex, he was a plumber for 12 years with great knowledge of commercial and residential plumbing. Randy started as a pipe layer for Con-Ex and quickly rose to Foreman. In 2014, Randy was recognized by the Canadian Construction Association as a Gold Seal Certified Superintendent. He has been Superintendent with the company for the past 10 years and has overseen many of our largest projects in the B.C. interior.
